The booking is only valid after you have received a booking confirmation and paid the deposit. In case you decide to book, we kindly ask for a 25% deposit. For booking stays that are shorter than 7 nights, we ask a 100% deposit. In case you do not receive a message from us within 48 hours, please do not hesitate to give us a call.
We do not charge booking fees!
