Payment terms - Cancellation insurance.

We do not charge booking fees, ecotax. Luxembourg has no tourist tax!

On receipt of the booking confirmation, a payment must be made:

• 25% deposit for camping pitch bookings from 1 week, the remaining amount must reach us at least 5 working days before your arrival date
• 50% deposit for stays in our rented accommodation, the balance must be paid at least 5 working days before the date of arrival
• 100% payment for all short stays of less than 1 week
• 100% for short-term bookings, i.e. stays with an arrival date within 15 days of booking
• The pitch number indicated on the invoice is subject to change, in some cases this number may be changed by us.

Cancelling a holiday is never a nice thing to have to do, which is why cancellation insurance offers you security against financial loss.
With us, you cannot take out cancellation insurance. We do not refund payments.
We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance through Recron, so that a cancellation due to illness, death, etc. is insured.

These are general conditions but different stipulations are possible per period/stay/group! It is the conditions on the confirmation email that apply and are binding.
